Apply for a 30-Day Trial-to-OwnEvaluated, adjusted and calibrated for Australian conditions.
Before launch, our team visited the manufacturing facility in person and worked through the machine’s calibration and nozzle configuration for the realities of Australian job sites, not a generic spec sheet.
Pressure and flow, calibrated
The RDI50 is calibrated to run reliably on lower-flow compressors, common across many Australian workshops, while still offering a higher-pressure setting for operators who need it. You are not locked into one narrow air supply profile.
Nozzles, optimised
Nozzle selection was adjusted specifically to improve cleaning performance and help operators optimise dry ice consumption per job, informed by the applications our team evaluated on-site.
Built for real Australian job sites.
Automotive Restoration
Engine bays, chassis and components, without disassembly or abrasive residue.
Industrial Maintenance
Production line cleaning in place, minimal downtime, no secondary waste to manage.
Surface Preparation
Coating and paint removal ahead of re-finishing, without damaging the substrate.
Remediation
Fire, smoke and mould remediation where dry, non-abrasive cleaning matters.
The machine is the start, not the whole offer.
RDIS exists to make the RDI50 productive in your business, not just delivered to your dock.
Application assessment
We qualify your substrate, contamination type and job frequency before you commit.
Compressor guidance
Our compressor partner supplies a 22 kW package with integrated dryer and filters, sized to the RDI50, available for purchase or finance.
Commissioning & training
On-site setup, safety induction and operator training as standard, not an add-on.
Local technical support
Warranty registration, parts and a technical team based in Australia, reachable directly.
A supplier that helps you use the machine, not just own it.
- Application qualification and compressor guidance before you buy, not after.
- Full commissioning and hands-on operator training included at delivery.
- Warranty, parts and technical support handled locally in Australia.
- A 30-day Trial-to-Own path if you’d rather prove it on your own applications first.
Where is the RDI50 manufactured?
The RDI50 is manufactured by our international production partner. Our Australian team personally visited and evaluated the factory, and Reliable Dry Ice Systems manages import, commissioning, training and technical support locally.
Why buy through RDIS instead of importing directly?
Buying through RDIS gets you local commissioning, hands-on training, warranty management, spare parts and an Australian technical contact, rather than managing freight, language and remote support on your own.
Five Australian businesses. One preferential price.
We are selecting five Australian businesses to form the first RDI50 customer group. Founding Customers receive preferential pricing, commissioning, training and direct technical support as we establish the RDI50’s Australian application base.
- $23,250 + GST preferential launch price (standard price is $25,250 + GST)
- Commissioning and initial operator training
- Compressor and air-treatment review
- Dry ice supply planning for your application
- Priority technical support during the launch period
- Founding Owners Circle membership
After the first five placements, the RDI50 continues to sell at the standard $25,250 + GST price. This limit applies to preferential pricing only, not to how many units we sell.
Try it in your business. Prove it on your applications. Then decide.
Not ready to commit? Put the RDI50 to work in your own operation, on your own jobs, before you buy.

Founding Owners Circle
Priority technical support, monthly technical clinics and application troubleshooting during the launch phase.
Parts & warranty
Warranty registration, claims and spare parts coordinated through our Australian team, not overseas.
Before you apply.
Not necessarily. We lead with application assessment and, where useful, a Trial-to-Own in your own business. Live demonstrations remain available for unusual applications or buyers who need additional validation, but they are not required to purchase.
The RDI50 runs on 2–4 m³/min (71–141 cfm) at 5–7 bar. If you don’t already have suitable compressed air, our compressor partner supplies a 22 kW package with integrated dryer and filters, sized for the RDI50, available to purchase or finance alongside your machine.
We work through dry ice supply planning with you before delivery, so ongoing supply is arranged and predictable from day one.
The $2,000 + GST rental is retained as rental revenue, the purchase credit and Founder benefit expire, and the equipment is returned under the trial agreement.
The RDI50 is manufactured by our international production partner. Our Australian team personally evaluated the factory and the equipment, and RDIS manages import, commissioning, training and support locally in Australia.
