It applies to information collected through reliabledryice.com.au and in the course of responding to your enquiries.
We are committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the *Privacy Act 1988* (Cth).

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we may collect:

– Your business name
– Your phone number
– Your email address

– Details about the equipment or application you’re enquiring about
– Any other information you choose to provide in your message
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial information) through this form, and we ask that you don’t include it in your enquiry.

– Complete the enquiry form on our Contact page
– Communicate with us by phone or email
– Otherwise provide information to us in the course of an enquiry or purchase

4. Marketing communications
On our Contact form, you have the option to tick a separate checkbox to receive occasional marketing communications from us (for example, updates about new equipment or offers). This is entirely optional and separate from submitting your enquiry — you can request a quote without opting in to marketing.
If you opt in, your details (name and email address) will be added to our email marketing platform, **Mailchimp/Hubspot**, which we use to send these communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly (see Section 9).
Mailchimp is operated by Intuit Inc., based in the United States. This means your information may be disclosed and stored overseas — see Section 6 for more on overseas disclosure.
5. Storing your information — CRM
Enquiry details you submit through our website may be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, so we can track and follow up on your enquiry appropriately. This information is used to manage our relationship with you as a customer or prospective customer, and is handled in accordance with this policy.
6. Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties who help us operate our business and website, including:
– Webcentral to deliver and manage our website and email communications
– WPForms / to process and store form submissions
– Hubspot to manage our customer records
– Mailchimp to send marketing communications, where you’ve opted in
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Some of the third parties listed above (including Mailchimp) may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including relying on the data protection commitments of reputable service providers.
7. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using secure, password-protected systems and limiting access to personal information to those who need it to perform their role.
No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you provide to us.
8. Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct it if it’s inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 10.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access to, or correcting, your personal information.
9. Unsubscribing from marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:
– Clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or
– Contacting us directly using the details in Section 10
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect any active quote enquiry or business relationship — we may still contact you about matters directly related to an enquiry or order you’ve made with us.
